After an impressive summer transfer window, it is promising to be an exciting season aheadfor Arsenal.
Arsenal came up short in 2024/25 for a third time in the title race but significant injuries have prompted a response in the market. Mikel Arteta alongside new sporting director Andrea Berta have delivered on the demands of the supporters with a near-record spend.
Having reached the UEFA Champions League semi-final after dispatching then-champions Real Madridin a 5-1 rout across two legs, the Gunners have gained more European pedigree and will look to go again this season. Aiming to take another step forward and reach their first Champions League final since 2006.

Berta focused on strength in depth in the summer window, so the Gunners now have one of the most well-rounded squads in the league. This makes them far more prepared to take on all four competitions, after they reached a League Cup semi-final in the previous campaign and are looking to avenge yet another early exit from the FA Cup.
There is further excitement beyond just signings for Arsenal with young stars Myles Lewis-Skelly and Ethan Nwaneri both signing new contracts. While Max Dowman has impressed in pre-season and after months of build-up from Arteta, the starlet is now able to play for the senior team.
The main attraction, however, is an end to the long-awaited striker signing. Viktor Gyokeres is an Arsenal player and has his eyes set on taking this team to new heights after doing everything in his power to make the move happen and then take the iconic number 14 shirt upon his arrival.
