The first North London Derby to take place outside the UK was held on Thursday afternoon as part of both clubs' pre-season tours of Asia.
Arsenal are at the end of their tour, with the game against Spurs the last of their trio of matches in Singapore and Hong Kong. Spurs, on the other hand, are at the start of a shortened tour with a game against Newcastle United to come on Sunday.
There was much excitement around the new players taking to the field for their respective clubs, with Viktor Gyokeres and Cristhian Mosquera named on the bench for Arsenal and Mohammed Kudus starting for Spurs.

Both sides had their chances in an entertaining encounter at the Kai Tak Stadium but it was an old face who was the difference between the two sides in some style.
After David Raya came rushing out of his goal and passed to Myles Lewis-Skelly, the youngster was dispossessed and Pape Matar Sarr took aim from just inside the Arsenal half to fire a special effort into the unguarded net.
It was the only goal of the game as Tottenham took the early North London Derby bragging rights in Thomas Frank's first encounter of the big derby clash.
No North London Derby can ever be deemed a friendly and there were tackles flying in everywhere in the early stages as players looked to make an impression.
And there was one moment in the second half that might have caused some concern.
As is often the case, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was outside of his technical area and Pedro Porro had the ball in his hands to take a throw-in.
The Spanish full-back wanted the run of the touchline and Arteta was in his way and Porro was not about to stand there and wait, instead choosing to push the Arsenal boss to get him out of the way.
Arteta was less than impressed, particularly with Porro trying to steal some yards, but the referee let him get on with it and a potentially difficult situation was actually avoided with no one else getting involved.
