DRDO RAC Scientist Recruitment 2025: The Defence Research and Development Organisation, Recruitment and Assessment Centre has invited applications from eligible candidates for the post of Scientist. Interested candidates can apply online for this recruitment through the official website of DRDO RAC .

The last date for receipt of online applications will be 21 days from publication in the Employment News (likely to be published in the first week of June 2025).

Vacancy Details
This recruitment drive will fill up 148 posts in the organization. The vacancy details are as follows:
Scientist 'B' in DRDO: 127 vacancies
Scientist/Engineer 'B' in ADA: 9 vacancies
Categorised posts of Scientist 'B': 12 vacancies

Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their availability as per subject-wise category-wise merit list in the ratio of 1:10 based on GATE score.

Candidates shortlisted based on GATE score will have to appear in a personal interview at Delhi or any other place decided by RAC/DRDO.

The final selection of the candidates will be based solely on discipline-wise category-wise merit of the aggregate of 80% weightage of GATE score marks and 20% weightage of personal interview marks.

Application Fee
General (UR), EWS, and OBC male candidates have to pay a non-transferable non-refundable application fee of Rs 100. The fee will be paid online. There is no application fee for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities and Female candidates.
