Breakfast typically consisted of a vegetable omelette made with three eggs, a quarter loaf of bran bread, and a simple beverage such as coffee, tea, or water, never with added sugar. Lunch included a small serving of carbohydrates like rice, pasta, or bread, paired with a protein source such as chicken or eggs, and always a generous portion of vegetables or salad, accompanied by fruit. For dinner, she preferred light options such as Tunisian soup or salad with an egg. By reducing oil and salt and practicing portion control, she discovered that food was not her enemy but her ally in building a healthier lifestyle.
