The Ashtami Tithi of the Shukla Paksha (bright fortnight) of the Kartik month will last until 10:06 am on Thursday (October 30). After this, the Navami Tithi will begin. This is also known as Akshaya Navami and is also celebrated as Jagadhatri Puja. According to the Drik Panchang, on Thursday, the Sun will be in Libra, and the Moon will move from Capricorn to Aquarius. Abhijit Muhurta will begin at 11:42 am and last until 12:27 pm, and Rahukaal will begin at 1:28 pm and last until 2:51 pm.

It is believed that eating food while sitting under an Amla tree bestows eternal virtue, and consuming Amla is considered equivalent to nectar on this day. Amla Navami is also known by names like Ichchha Navami, Arogya Navami, Dhatri Navami, and Kushmanda Navami.
Akshaya Navami Puja Method
To perform the ritualistic worship on Akshaya Navami, wake up early in the morning, take a bath, wear clean clothes, and worship Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi at home or in a temple (you can worship at both places, although women generally worship at home and then go to the temple). Afterward, offer yellow flowers, basil leaves, a lamp, incense, and naivedya.
Chant the mantra "Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevay." Next, worship the Amla tree. Circumambulate the tree with raw thread and offer water. Afterward, worship with turmeric, roli, flowers, and a lamp. Offer food and donations to the poor and Brahmins. Eat under the Amla tree.
