Ingredients
Flour - 1 cup
Gram flour - 2 teaspoons
Ajwain - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for frying
Ingredients for stuffing
Salt - as per requirement
Coconut powder - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - as per requirement
Sesame - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Fennel powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Recipe
- To make Bhakarwadi, take flour and add salt, ajwain, turmeric, and oil, and mix it.
- After this, add water to it and knead it well. After this, leave it for 1 hour.
- For its stuffing, take a pan and put all the stuffing spices in it and roast them.

- After this, add sugar and lemon juice to it. After this, make a dough ball and roll it into the shape of a puri.
- After this, put the stuffing in it and roll it. Then apply water on both sides of the roll and stick it.
- Now cut this roll in the shape of Bhakarwadi. After this, cook it in oil till it becomes golden brown. Your Bhakarwadi is ready.
