For the last few days, a controversy has been in the news in Bollywood. While working on Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film 'Spirit', Deepika Padukone demanded to shoot for only 6 to 8 hours. The reason for this was that she wanted to give time to her daughter Dua and did not want to be on the shoot all the time. After this, she was replaced in the film 'Spirit', and Tripti Dimri was taken in her place. Recently, Kajol and Ajay Devgan supported Deepika in this matter. It seems that now Saif Ali Khan has also come out in support of Deepika Padukone. Know, what Saif Ali Khan said about this?
Why did Saif support Deepika Padukone
At the Arab Media Summit, Saif Ali Khan said, 'I do not like to come home and see the children sleeping, this is not a matter of success for me. The success of life lies in saying, 'No, I want to go home now so that I can spend half an hour with my children.' Saif also said that he goes on holiday to spend time with his family and children. Saif has not taken Deepika Padukone's name but through his words, he seems to be supporting her.
What did Kajol and Ajay say
Recently, at the trailer launch of the film 'Maa', Kajol and Ajay Devgan also expressed their opinion on Deepika Padukone's case. Kajol considers the demand of a new mother and an actress by profession to work for eight hours to be right. She says, 'I like the fact that you can work for a short time.'
Taking Kajol's point forward, Ajay also says, 'There are many people who are understanding this. I would say that most of the people associated with cinema have no problem with this. If an actress has become a mother, then she should start working an eight-hour shift. People associated with the industry will understand this.
Deepika is not ready to back down
Amidst this entire controversy, Deepika Padukone is not ready to back down from her decision. Along with doing films, she also wants to give time to her daughter Dua. Deepika's daughter Dua is currently eight months old. Deepika Padukone also keeps sharing her experience of becoming a new mother on social media.
