Netanyahu UN Speech: The Israeli Prime Minister addressed the United Nations General Assembly on Friday (Indian time). Addressing the world from the UN platform, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu firmly stated his country's stance on the Gaza war, saying Israel will not back down "until we finish the job against Hamas."
Which countries boycotted?
Significantly, as soon as he took the stage to address the gathering, diplomats from several countries boycotted him and walked out of the UN hall en masse, leaving the room virtually empty. Netanyahu delivered his speech during this time.
Nearly all delegates from Arab and Muslim countries walked out during Netanyahu's speech, and representatives from several African countries and some European nations also walked out with him, the Axios news website reported.
Netanyahu praises Trump
As Netanyahu began speaking from the stage, the hall suddenly erupted in noise. Some people clapped and whistled. Others stood up to greet the Israeli Prime Minister. Several countries, including the US delegation, remained seated in support. Netanyahu used a map and QR code during his speech, which attracted global attention. He also repeatedly praised US President Donald Trump.
It is noteworthy that before Netanyahu's speech at the UN, the Israeli army ordered the installation of loudspeakers around the Gaza Strip, so that his speech could be broadcast to the Palestinians.

Israel will not bow down: Netanyahu
"Western leaders may have bowed under pressure, but I guarantee Israel will not," Netanyahu said in his address. Netanyahu showed a map he called "The Curse" and repeatedly pointed to anti-Semitism, saying it never ends. He has often accused his critics of anti-Semitism.
